SHIPPING

All orders are shipped using USPS Priority or USPS First Class mail. You will receive a tracking number once it is available. If you have delivery concerns, please send us a message.

Once shipped, most US orders will arrive in 2-3 days.

Please note that under the following circumstances, delays beyond our control may impact your delivery date (i.e. weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, and all other unexpected events)

Most orders placed before 10AM EST will be shipped the same day (Monday - Friday). Orders received after 10AM EST will be shipped the following business day.

No local pick-ups are available.

International buyers please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

PAYMENT

We accept PayPal only. If you are paying through PayPal using eCheck, please note that your item can be shipped only after the eCheck has cleared. All payments are expected within 4 days after purchase. A non-payment dispute will be opened if full payment is not received. We only ship the item to your PayPal address for fast and accurate shipment.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your item isn't as described, please get in touch with us and we will work to find a solution or refund your purchase price.  We accept returns within 30 days of the shipment arrival date. We process no exchanges, only refunds.

Any goods returned to us as a result of an incorrectly entered address will become the buyer's responsibility. If a refund is requested as a result, the shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund.
